Day 81 – Back and Biceps, Ab Ripper X

Whew!  That is one focused workout.  I don’t think I ever paid attention before, but the whole workout throws strip sets at you.  You do two back moves and then two biceps moves, and repeat, over and over and over again.  The curls get to be really challenging by the end and the exhausted biceps makes the pullups very difficult as well.  I did see some really good improvement in the early pullup moves.  I actually got 10 wide grip pullups, which were the ones I have been struggling with the most.

I only have one more resistance workout to go and only 8 more workout days.  I really can’t believe that I am almost done with 90 days of this craziness.  It has become so much a part of my daily routine.  I really like the way I feel and plan on continuing with a structured workout regimine going forward.  I just need to figure out what that is.

Ab ripper went fine.  Nothing new to report, except that I hate Fifer Scissors with the white hot intensity of 1,000 suns!
