Day 86 – Core Synergistics
Man alive that is one intense workout! I think it is much better the second time around as you can remember all the things that you have to do. I forgot all of the crazy exercises that light my shoulders on fire. Walking pushups, plank to chatarunga run, etc. Add on to this that I had to workout in our bedroom and the A/C was out, I was absolutely pouring with sweat!
I still am amazed that these jokers on the video can do some many reps in the prison cell pushups. I did 10 or 11, which is 30 or 33 pushups and was absolutely spent. Then you hear they did 18. I don’t even know how you can do that many in the time given. I need to watch and see if they really are doing 6 reps and calling it 18. Somehow I doubt it, but I can hope, right? I only have to do that workout one more time and then can forget about prison cell pushups for a little while.
