Day 89 – Core Synergistics
I pushed really hard on this workout and was amazed that when my mind is right, I am able to push much farther. I did not need any break on the walking pushups although I was dying throughout them. Those follow the X Press and plank to chatarunga run. So needless to say, my arms and shoulders are very fatigued by the time walking pushups rears its ugly head.
I definitely have a love hate relationship with this workout. I fell really good when it is over, but man does it hurt while doing it.
One more day to go!
